Trip to Waitangi

On Wednesday 14 th of March  the senior school went to Waitangi to learn about the Treaty house.
Mrs Babara Brown was dressed like Mrs Busby. Mrs Busby greeted every one and spoke in Maori.
Mrs Busby showed us the back bedroom where Sarah Busby used to sleep.
The meeting house is called Whare Runanga.
There are Maori carvings inside the meeting house.
Tere was a very long Maori canoe called a waka at  Ho
